The terms, simply
Plain-English summary of how the Accelerator works.
- The tier is set by volume; “Your rate” is what you actually earn — never below your 22% Base Rate, rising with volume. A Funded Enrolment is an individual student on full fees or a €250 deposit, counted by head.
- Individual students only. The Accelerator applies to individual enrolments. Group bookings are quoted separately under their own terms and do not count toward Accelerator tiers, nor earn the Accelerator rate.
- The count resets each Performance Cycle (1 Jan – 31 Dec). Your first Performance Cycle runs from signing to 31 December of the following year. Only enrolments created and funded after you sign count.
- On signature, this overrides the commission terms of your existing agreement from that date forward. All other terms of your partnership remain in force.
- Your Base Rate is protected. Your Base Rate — the rate in your original agreement, and any rate agreed with us since — is retained and is not reduced. This agreement only increases your commission rate.
