ULEARN CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION

1. A booking may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of course with a €75 administrative penalty.
2. Where accommodation has been booked the booking fee (€65) and 1 week of the chosen accommodation may be charged.
3. For bookings cancelled 1 to 7 days before the course begins, 50% of the full amount will be refunded (minimum cancellation fee is €75).
4. Once the course commencement date has passed, there are no refunds for any cancellation. This may include (but is not limited to) late arrival, early departure, or days missed during the course.
5. Cancelling or postponing an individual (1-2-1) lesson without cost requires at least 24 hours. Individual / 1-2-1 lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged at the full price of the lesson.
6. A cancellation fee of €250 applies to cancellations due to visa refusal. Visa refusal documentation will be required for refunds to be processed.
7. If a student wishes to withdraw from their course after arrival at the school, they must inform the ULearn Management explaining their circumstances. All withdrawals need to be made in writing to ULearn English School.

REFUNDS

1. No refunds will be made after a course has started.
2. Refunds are normally processed within 14 days of ULearn receiving the cancellation.
3. In the event of a visa application being refused, course fees are refunded to students within 20 days.
4. Visa course fee refunds are subject to a cancellation fee.
5. In case of illness, students may ask for a course to be postponed to a later date. In these cases, ULearn will require a medical certificate. In cases where ULearn grants a postponement, courses and accommodation bookings may not normally be carried over year-to-year.
