Insurance and Protection
Insurance and Protection
All non-EEA students are required to have private medical insurance when coming to and residing in Ireland for the purpose of study. Insurance may either be taken out by the Individual or may be take out through a group scheme operated by the college. The private medical insurance should provide cover for accident and/or disease and should cover the student for any period of hospitalisation. ULearn operates a group scheme and health insurance can be purchased through the school at a cost of €150. When a student buys health insurance from ULearn, the student will receive documented evidence of payment and cover from the insurance company.
