Enrollment for the End-of-Programme Exam

Non-EEA learners are informed at the point of first contact in ULearn promotional literature of the requirement for them to complete an external exam at the end of their programme in order to meet the conditions of the visa they will need to do the programme. On arrival at ULearn, the learner signs an agreement with the school to undertake to do an external exam. Payment is agreed and the learner is informed of the provisional date on which they will sit the exam.

Recording of Learners' End-of-Programme exam results

As learners are enrolled in their end of programme exam, all correspondence between the examining body and the candidate goes through ULearn channels. ULearn receives the certificate awarded to the candidate on completion of the exam and records the result it bears before giving it to the candidate or sending it to them in the event that they have left the country.
